Certification List: Annual Maintenance

A) Replace: Upper, lower, blow molds, & bottom mold cylinder seals

B) Replace all O rings on hydraulic valves and filters

C) Flush hydraulic tank, clean magnets

D) Toshiba motor: replace clean, replace bearings, bake windings & test

E) Inspect pump cartridges, replace pump bearings and seals

F) Blow mold platens; replace bolts

G) Heater exchange: clean, dip, pressure test, new zinc bars (4) & gaskets

H) Replace seals on all air cylinders 

I) Replace questionable hydraulic and air hoses

J) Inspect high pressure air valves  & check valves 

K) Inspect barrel heater bands wires

L) Injection unit IU-110: inspect wear ring, replace: bearing, V pack, bushing & seals. Replace bad plexiglass on safety cage with 1/4"
